Our Policy for Protecting Your Online Privacy

Max & Haley apps use Google Analytics to help us understand how users are playing our games. These tools record basic information about what actions are taken in-game and how often. The data is not identifiable (not even as “metadata”) and no personal information is ever gathered. No identifying data about your device is gathered beyond what Google’s systems use to differentiate users (your IP address, in most cases), and this data is not visible to us. The information generated about your use of the app is transmitted to Google. The data is then aggregated for statistical analysis. We are never able to track the behavior of any individual user.

We do not collect demographic information at this time. We do not use GPS or device location services to determine precise locations.

Examples of data collected include the model of device used to play the game, the operating system version in use, statistics about how often players win or lose, and diagnostic information when the game crashes. The collected data allows us to improve our games and user experience.

Third Party Data Policy

We rely on Google’s free Analytics service to perform data collection and analysis. Please see this page for more information about Google’s privacy policies:¬†https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en

Outside of Google, we do not share and will never share the collected data with any third party for any reason, under any conditions. Your data will never be sold, traded, or distributed. We may choose to publish large scale aggregate information, for example “36% of our users currently use iOS version 6.1″ or “our players ate 4,650 fish this week”.
